Nutrition Basics for People Who Train

·

·

You’ve heard it before: you can’t out-train a poor diet. It’s true, but the fix is simpler than the internet makes it sound. A few fundamentals do most of the work.

Protein, first

Most people who train don’t eat enough protein. It’s the building block for the muscle you’re working so hard to build and the thing that keeps you full. Anchor every meal around a protein source and you’re halfway there.

Keep it boring and consistent

Whole foods, enough water, and a routine you can actually repeat will beat any fancy plan you abandon in two weeks. Consistency is the secret ingredient nobody wants to hear.
